Adult Hockey League Registration

USA Hockey Registration Required. All participants must be registered with USA Hockey for the current season before completing league registration.

3-Payment Plan: One-third of the registration fee is due today. The remaining two installments are tracked separately. Because some totals cannot be divided evenly to the cent, the final installment is adjusted by a few cents so the three payments equal the exact registration fee.

1. I agree to follow USA Hockey rules and all rink and league rules.
2. I agree to follow the league code of conduct and understand that violations may result in discipline or suspension.
3. I acknowledge the league's zero-tolerance expectations regarding abuse of officials and understand that fighting may result in discipline or suspension. I understand that suspended players are ineligible to participate until their suspension has been fully served.
4. I acknowledge the risks associated with participation in ice hockey and agree to the league participation terms and release requirements.
5. I understand that games may be broadcast or recorded through LiveBarn and consent to incidental appearance in those broadcasts.
6. By My participation as a spectator, or on-ice participant, I hold Harmless Rinksports Inc., The Regency Sportsrink, The owner of both, Raymond T Ferry and his family, and all staff of any personal injury sustained while on the premises located at 2155 Ambassador Circle, Lancaster PA. 17603. I understand the potential risk of injury on and off the ice in the building and in the surrounding property outside the building. By agreeing to participate in any on ice event, or as a spectator and I recognize the potential risk involved to myself and those under my supervision, in a facility hosting on ice events. I also agree to inspect any area I occupy that pose a personal risk to myself or those under my supervision and immediately move from that area and notify the staff on duty of my perceived risk. I will follow all cautions posted in the building, and agree to enter at my own risk.
