Learn the Game. Join the League.
The Regency Rookie Hockey League (RRHL) offers adult players ages 18 and older a fun, welcoming environment to learn and enjoy ice hockey. Designed primarily for beginners and less-experienced players, the league focuses on skill development, teamwork, exercise, and good sportsmanship.
Games are non-checking, and overly aggressive play is not permitted. Experienced players may participate as mentors, helping newer players build confidence and improve their skills while maintaining the league’s recreational pace.
All players must have a current USA Hockey registration. New players may be asked to attend an evaluation session to ensure the RRHL is the right fit for their experience and skill level.
New players who are not currently listed on an approved team roster must text Chuck at 717-380-1121 before registering. Text messages only, please.
